We are an organisation that believes in the training and development of people, encouraging their confidence and competence in skills that promote a positive Health and Safety Culture operating in any organisation and a progression in the individuals skills and development. We achieved the Investor in People Award in 1997 and been successfully in maintaining this prestigious award to date.

Our training course have been developed to meet with many national Awarding Bodies and Government legislative requirements meeting each organisation and customer needs.  The training for the care sector meets with the Care Quality Commission to promote and develop a quality provision of service given by care workers and organisations. The programmes are delivered on site using variable methods of delivery including blended learning programmes helping to reduce their training costs without reducing our quality and safety standards.
